Trenodo
Student Management

More order, and more out of every lesson.

You get a clear overview of everything you teach with. Ready to share the moment you write a lesson note. A few minutes after each lesson is all it takes to make a real difference. 🎓

Inside Tutor

Made for how a lesson really goes

Not a file sharing service dressed up as music. You teach week by week, so the tool is built around the week.

Your own library

Sheet music, chord links and practice videos. All tagged and easy to find, right when you need them in a lesson.

Lesson notes

Write what you did, give the homework and add the material. Your student sees it all in one place. Nothing extra to send.

Private notes

Every lesson note has a part just for you. For the things you don't want to share with the student.

A shelf for the basics

Scales, theory, the piece they are working towards. Pin it once, and it stays there. No matter how many lessons go by.

How it works

Three minutes after the lesson

The whole way, from a student who never used it before to a student practicing the right thing.

  1. 01

    Add your students

Name and phone number. Trenodo makes a PIN you give them once.

  2. 02

    Write the lesson note

What you did, the homework, and a tick next to the material you used.

  3. 03

    They practice

Phone number, PIN, and their week is on the screen. With all the material at hand, they practice more. And better.

Questions

Before you ask

What is a student management tool for music tutors?

Software that keeps your teaching in order, in one place. Who you teach, what you did with each of them, and the material you use. Instead of notebooks, text messages and files everywhere.

Do my students need to download an app or create an account?

No. Each student logs in to their own portal with just their phone number and a 4 digit PIN you give them once. No app, and no password to forget.

Can I keep some notes private?

Yes. Every lesson note has a part only you can see. It is kept apart from what you share with the student.

Is it made for one instrument or one way of teaching?

No. It works for any instrument. Sheet music, chord links, practice videos, whatever your students need. Tagged and easy to search in your own library.

Set up your musician account

Add one student, write one lesson note, and see what they see. It takes about five minutes.
